Miracle is in the walking: Depression
Depression is real, and it’s something we need to talk about more in the church. Often, we assume the church is a place where everyone is happy, but it's a family where it's okay to not be okay. Hiding and suppressing emotions can weigh heavily on our hearts and minds. The Bible shows us that even great men like David and Elijah faced despair and depression. God wants to renew our minds daily through His Word which is full of power and transformation.
Miracle is in the walking: Anxiety
Completely exhausted from the constant anxiety over my son's life-threatening allergic reactions, I turned to prayer for freedom. The next day, I woke up free from anxiety. Like the Israelites facing overwhelming odds, we often need to stand firm in faith, allowing God to fight our battles. Worship is where victories are won, not by our strength but through complete surrender and trust in God.
Miracle Is in the walking: SELF-image
Mental health struggles such as low self-image an low self-esteem are common today, but remember there's hope in Jesus Christ. God created you in His image. He calls you an overcomer through Christ. Rise up and walk in His truth, knowing that He will never leave you nor forsake you.
